NEW EUROBODALLA REGIONAL HOSPITAL
The new Eurobodalla Regional Hospital will provide world-class, patient-focussed health services to the local community spanning from the north of Batemans Bay to the south of Narooma.
The new 4-storey hospital will centralise higher-level health services in the area and provide the region’s first paediatrics department. The facility will also be equipped with the latest education and training facilities including a simulation laboratory.
The new hospital design will also respond the new Connecting with Country Framework by delivering culturally inclusive spaces for Aboriginal people to gather, share cultural knowledge and receive health care. The project team are working closely with the Aboriginal community to ensure the design, delivery and operation of the new hospital are culturally safe and welcoming.
JHA has been engaged by Multiplex to undertake the design finalisation of the mechanical, electrical, vertical transport, ICT, high voltage and ESD documentation.
